Many people have taken the past year and half to reflect on their career trajectory and determine if they are heading in the direction they want. As we experience the "Great Resignation," many young professionals are wondering -- what's next for me? Is there a better fit that could leader to a happier work life?

Have you considered changing your career? Are you interested in exploring a new industry but aren't sure where to start?

Join of panel of young leaders from Erie County who have successfully navigated changing their career.  Our four amazing panelists will be discussing their experiences, pitfalls, accomplishments, and how that shift changed their life.
