There was a single gas station in cities across Erie County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.25 per gallon in the week ending Aug. 10, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.com.

The average reported cost of premium gas in cities within Erie County was $4.40 per gallon.

Of the 105 reported gas stations in cities within Erie County, 28 offer premium gas.

The average reported price of premium gas in Pennsylvania was $4.32, compared to $4.30 the week before.

Gas prices in the U.S. have fluctuated greatly in recent times and many drivers are feeling the pain at the pump.
