Sen. Laughlin to host unclaimed property event in Erie

State Senator Dan Laughlin | Pennsylvania

Sen. Dan Laughlin (R-49), in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Department of Treasury, will host an unclaimed property event on Thursday, June 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Erie County Public Library, located at 160 East Front Street, Erie, PA.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with a Treasury Department employee who can conduct comprehensive searches for unclaimed property for individuals, families, and businesses. Unclaimed property may include dormant bank accounts, abandoned stocks, uncashed checks, savings bonds, and other tangible assets such as collectible coins, sports cards, jewelry, military medals, and antiques.

Individuals wishing to search the unclaimed property database independently can do so by visiting www.patreasury.gov.
