Students may submit up to two poems on any subject, style, and form.

Top prizes include cash awards, honorable mentions, a signed book by distinguished poet Ilya Kaminsky, honors during the 46th Annual Writing Awards Night on April 20, and publication in Gannon’s award-winning literary magazine, Totem.

Contact Dr. Shreelina Ghosh at ghosh002@gannon.edu with any questions and for more information.

Submissions may be sent to gannonpoetrycontest@gannon.edu by Monday, February 13, 2023. The email subject line should contain the writer's name, with the text section including name, phone number, major(s), and class, and works should be submitted as .pdf or .docx files.
