This event will be full of opportunities to hear about the incredible work so many passionate Erieites engage in to make your hometown a vibrant community. It's also a chance to experience the change for yourself — whether you're visiting for the first time in over a decade or want to play tourist in your own backyard for a few days.

Day One

• “Good Bones (And Where To Find Them)” with Pete Zaphiris and Josh Knauff
• “Find Your Niche: Power in Creating Community” with Radius CoWork, Erie’s Black Wall Street, ATHENA Circle of Trust, and Young Erie Professionals
• “All In The Family” with Penn State Behrend’s Center for Family Business, Plastikos, and Port Farms
• “Untapped Talent: Expanding Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace” with Opened Eyes, Erie County Re-Entry Services and Support Alliance, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, and the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants
• “Women in Leadership” with Neeli Bendapudi, President of Penn State University, and Cynthia Hundorfean, president and CEO of Allegheny Health Network.

   

Day Two

• “Fresh Faces, Fresh Perspective” with Mike Wahlster from Ben Franklin Technology Partners, Drew Whiting from Swing Project Erie, and Benton C. Bainbridge from FEED Media Arts Center
• “Fire and Ice” with Eric Fischer from Appalachian Investors Alliance and Steve Mercil from RAIN Source, INC.
• “Opportunities for Growth” with Kim Thomas from Infinite Erie, Tina Mengine from Erie County Redevelopment Authority, James Sherrod from MCIC, Daria Devlin from ECAT, and Millcreek Township supervisor Kim Clear.
• “Turning Passion Into Legacy” with a special presentation from Tom Hagen and Jeff Kidder as well as a panel discussion with Chuck Scalise, Erie Community Foundation, Accudyn, and Erie Bronze and Aluminum.
