Gannon University Athletics issued the following announcement on June 13.
Gannon is pleased to welcome Fred Kendrick, Ph.D., to the university as executive director of Human Resources. Fred is experienced in academia from his time at the University of Pittsburgh School of Business and he holds more than 25 years of experience leading human resources, corporate research, business transformations, change leadership and global talent acquisition in American, Japanese and German operations across multiple industries.
We thank Jay DiFrank for his interim service to the university in this role and for his continued support.
We welcome him to the university and into the Gannon family as he begins his journey meeting colleagues, understanding the various functions and processes throughout the institution, and supporting our GU+ and Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives while leading our Human Resources team and a transformational employee experience for the university.
