This meeting is also held in person at the Millcreek Education Center, 3740 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.
Committee meetings begin at 6 p.m. There are three Committees held one after another (Finance and Operations Committee; Instruction and Student Services Committee; and Personnel and Policy Committee.) The order of Committee meetings will vary each month. The Committee of the Whole meeting will begin immediately following the last Committee meeting for the evening.
All individuals wishing to participate in a public Board meeting shall register their intent with the Board Secretary (sitter@mtsd.org) by the Wednesday prior to the meeting at 3 PM, five (5) days in advance, and shall include:
- the name and address of the participant
- topic to be addressed
- group affiliation, if applicable.
Those members of the public who would like to offer public comment during the Committee of the Whole meeting/School Board meeting and did not register in advance will be acknowledged during the Visitors section of the Committee of the Whole/School Board meeting to speak for 3 minutes.
Please raise your hand at the beginning of the Visitors section, and when you are given the opportunity to speak, your microphone will be unmuted. Please announce your name, address, and topic on which you would like to speak. The meeting host or Board President will acknowledge you when it is your turn to speak.

The MTSD School Board meetings are held in person at the Millcreek Education Center and are also available to join online using Zoom or Youtube Live-Stream.

The Committee of the Whole Meeting is typically held on the second Monday of every month. The Regular School is typically held on the fourth Monday of every month.
