Penn State Behrend issued the following announcement on May 16.
On Monday, May 16th, Cathedral Prep hosted the annual spring awards ceremony which took place in the H. David Bowes Auditorium. Students were recognized with awards for the outstanding academic, athletic, and community achievements.
President’s Education Award
The President’s Award for Educational Excellence has been instituted by the United States Department of Education to recognize high school seniors who have demonstrated extraordinary academic success in the classroom. To qualify, students must have an A average for their high school career, demonstrate high motivation, initiative integrity, intellectual depth and exceptional judgement. The following seniors have earned this prestigious award:
