Cathedral Preparatory School issued the following announcement on Sept. 23.
Congratulations to Villa Maria Academy’s Emma Sanders ’22. She was named a Commended Student in the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program! The NMSP sent out approximately 34,000 Letters of Commendation to students receiving top scores on the PSAT/NMSQT for their outstanding academic promise. In addition to her academic accolades, Emma is founder of the American Sign Language (ASL) Club at Villa, an officer for the Interact Service Club, captain of the lacrosse team, member of NHS, and a Student Council Representative. She plans to major in Global Health on a Pre-Dental track in college. Congratulations Emma on your excellent academic success!
