Harbor Creek Senior High School issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
CIPPE packets and Recertification for Winter Athletics can be found on the table outside of the Junior High Office.
If you will be getting a school physical on November 6th,
your CIPPE packet & $15 physical fee MUST BE TURNED INTO THE JUNIOR HIGH OFFICE BY WEDNESDAY, 11/4
CIPPE & Recertification forms are also attached.
