Belle Valley Elementary School issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.
Halloween is approaching. Please review the attached flyer regarding the guidelines for the classroom Halloween parties. Students will celebrate Thursday, Oct. 29 (Blue Day) and Friday, Oct. 30 (White Day).
*Please note: Students are to wear their costumes to school this year.
