On February 5, 2026, Kelly posted about recent changes to tax policy: “The Working Families Tax Cuts are putting more money into your pocket! Mike Kelly has served as the congressional representative for Pennsylvania’s 16th District since 2011 after succeeding Kathy Dahlkemper. He was born in Pittsburgh in 1948 and currently resides in Butler. Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970.
