Rep. Mike Kelly shares holiday wishes and congratulates Gannon basketball team

Rep. Mike Kelly, who represents Pennsylvania’s 16th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of messages on social media extending holiday greetings and congratulating a local basketball team.

On April 3, 2026, Kelly wrote, “I want to wish everyone in #PA16 a blessed Good Friday!” On April 5, he followed with another message: “I want to wish you and your family a wonderful and blessed Easter Sunday!” Later that same day, Kelly congratulated the Gannon University men’s basketball team by posting, “Congratulations to the Gannon men’s basketball team on their national championship! @GannonU”

Mike Kelly has served as the representative for Pennsylvania’s 16th District since 2011 after succeeding Kathy Dahlkemper. He was born in Pittsburgh in 1948 and currently resides in Butler. Kelly earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1970.
