Rep. Mike Kelly, who represents Pennsylvania’s 16th district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates on recent engagements with local organizations and community leaders through his social media posts this week.
On August 28, Kelly posted about a visit to Iron Mountain in Butler County: “Great to meet with the team at Iron Mountain in Butler County this week! Thank you for hosting us and for your commitment to the region.”
The following day, August 29, he highlighted efforts to improve a significant property in Erie: “I recently had the chance to tour the Erie Coke site with local leaders. I look forward to continuing our work together as we aim to revitalize this important bayfront property.”
Also on August 29, Kelly recognized a military anniversary: “Happy Birthday to the @marforres!”
Mike Kelly has served as a member of Congress since 2011 after succeeding Kathy Dahlkemper. He was born in Pittsburgh in 1948 and currently resides in Butler. Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970.
