U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-PA) has announced a telephone town hall for constituents to discuss the new tax filing season. The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, at 6:00 p.m. ET and will feature officials from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Office of the Taxpayer Advocate.
The town hall aims to address questions about tax filings and provide information on recent changes in tax law. According to Rep. Kelly, “As Pennsylvanians file their taxes this year, they are learning more about all the benefits included in the new Working Families Tax Cuts law, also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill. Our upcoming town hall will help everyone across Pennsylvania’s 16th Congressional District file their taxes effectively and efficiently.”
Participants can join the live event toll-free by dialing 855-531-1063 or by watching a livestream at Facebook.com/MikeKellyPA.
Mike Kelly has represented Pennsylvania’s 16th district in Congress since 2011, succeeding Kathy Dahlkemper. He was born in Pittsburgh in 1948 and currently resides in Butler. Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in 1970.
