On Saturday, March 22, former Cathedral Preparatory School standouts Jacob Slater and Tai Hopkins’ current college team, the Allegheny Gators, won 11-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets.

The game took place at Waynesburg Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Yellow Jackets this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Robert M. Garbark ’32 Field against Hilbert Hawks.
