On Sunday, March 30, former Mercyhurst Preparatory School standout Evan Spagel’s current college team, the Gannon Golden Knights, lost 9-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the California Vulcans.

The game took place at Wild Things Park. This was their fourth matchup against the Vulcans this season.

The Golden Knights’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 3 p.m. at McConnell Family Stadium against Walsh Cavaliers.
