On Saturday, March 8, former Cathedral Preparatory School standouts Jacob Slater and Tai Hopkins’ current college team, the Allegheny Gators, won 20-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Roger Williams Hawks.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. at Robert M. Garbark ’32 Field against Wooster Fighting Scots.
