On Wednesday, April 23, former Cathedral Preparatory School standouts Jacob Slater and Tai Hopkins’ current college team, the Allegheny Gators, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Saint Vincent Bearcats.

The game took place at Bearcat Ballfield. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Gators’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at Robert M. Garbark ’32 Field against Westminster Titans.
